Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Cirque du Kairos website or services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, booking a class, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Class Registration & Cancellation

Registration: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors require parental consent and supervision.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time to receive a credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

Late Arrivals: Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to join class for safety reasons.

3. Safety & Conduct

Aerial arts and circus training involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge:

• You are in adequate physical condition to participate
• You will follow all instructor safety guidelines
• You will not use equipment without proper supervision
• You assume all risks associated with aerial activities

4. Liability Waiver

All students must sign a liability waiver before participating in any classes or activities at Cirque du Kairos. This waiver must be renewed annually.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Cirque du Kairos and protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

6. Payments & Refunds

Pricing: All prices are listed on our website and subject to change. Current pricing will be honored for pre-purchased packages.

Refunds: Class packages and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferable with studio approval. Merchandise may be returned within 14 days with receipt.

7. Photography & Video

We may photograph or video classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the instructor before class.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
