Silks & LyraLead Aerial Instructor
With over 10 years of performance experience, Sarah brings technical precision and creative artistry to every class. She has performed with circuses across North America and is passionate about helping students find their unique movement style.

Marcus combines his background in gymnastics and personal training to help students build the foundational strength they need for aerial success. His classes are known for being challenging but accessible.

Our Commitment to Safety
All Cirque du Kairos instructors are certified in aerial instruction and first aid/CPR. We undergo regular continuing education to stay current on best practices for spotting, progression, and injury prevention. Your safety is our top priority.
We also maintain a culture of consent and respect. Students are never pressured to attempt skills they are not comfortable with, and we honor each person is unique journey and timeline.

The best way to meet our instructors is to take a class! We recommend starting with Aerial Foundations, where you will get a taste of multiple apparatuses and meet different members of our teaching team. From there, you can find the instructor whose teaching style resonates with you.
